For the second dinner, you can either choose to have dinner in elsewhere, or eat at the conference centre restaurant. The Sigtuna city centre is reachable by bus or a 30 minute walk. The conference centre restaurant has asked us to order in advance from three provided options, to cater to our large group and eliminate food waste. These are the options:

Many guests who claim to be lacto/ovovegetarians can imagine eating gelatin in, for example, desserts. By asking about this, we can prevent unnecessary food waste.
