Registration the ICSA2025 excursions and roundtables
General conditions
- The registration of participation is binding.
- The participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 7 days following submission of the registration (but not later than 7 days before the starting day of the event).
- Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
- The excursion programme may be subject to changes.
- Payments will be refunded if the excursion is cancelled by the organiser. In that case, the organiser will have no further liability to the client.
- Notification of cancellation must be in writing (email) and received by the conference secretary (icsa2025-secretariat@uantwerpen.be) on or before July 4, 2025.
- Cancellations received on or before July 4 2025, will be refunded 50% of the fees, but an administration fee of EUR 30 will be deducted.
- Cancellations received after July 4 2025 will be non-refundable.
- Non-arrivals will be non-refundable for any reason.
- Substitute participants will be accepted at any time – a name will be required.
