Registration for the Workshop Building with Bots: XR Simulations for Robotic Construction (ICSA2025)

General conditions

The registration of participation is binding.
The participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 7 days following submission of the registration (but not later than 7 days before the starting day of the event).
Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
The workshop programme may be subject to changes.
Payments will be refunded if the conference will be cancelled by the organiser. In that case, the organiser will have no further liability to the client. Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.
Notification of cancellation must be in writing (email) and received by the conference secretary (icsa2025-secretariat@uantwerpen.be) on or before June 06 2025.
Cancellations received on or before June 06 2025 will be refunded 50% of the fees, but deducted an administration fee of EUR 30.
Cancellations received after June 06 2025 will be non-refundable.
Non-arrivals will be non-refundable for any reason.
Substitute participants will be accepted at any time – a name will be required.

Online payment is only possible via the online platform using MultiSafepay.
Any bank charges must be paid by the participant.

Please note that this payment must be made immediately once you have clicked the payment button. The link to the online payment platform is offered once.
You will receive a reminder email after 1 hour and after 24 hours to complete payment if you clicked through to the payment platform but did not pay immediately.
When the payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation of the payment via email.
