The UAntwerp is except in case of fraud, deliberate error or serious error, in any way responsible or liable for compensation of damage that would arise directly from the purchase, use and manipulation of the Determinator Box or of immaterial, indirect or consequential damages, including (but not limited to) loss of profits, loss of turnover, loss of earnings, production limitations, administrative or personnel costs, an increase in general costs, loss of clientele or claims from third parties. The customer takes full responsibility for the Determinator Box and UAntwerp shall in no case be liable for damage arising on the part of the customer or third parties in that regard. In the event of an attributable shortcoming of the UAntwerp and taking into account the aforementioned exclusions, the total liability of the UAntwerp will never exceed the maximum amount of EUR 250.00.
